This includes help with downsizing, making minor repairs and effectively staging the home for sale for sellers, while assisting buyers with searching, showing, and effectively negotiating their contract to closing. He has also built a network of other professional resources to refer in the areas of mortgage, title insurance, real estate law, estate and financial planning, maintenance and repair contractors, and moving specialists.

When Bill is not helping his clients achieve their dreams and goals in real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife Barbara, cooking and entertaining, traveling, or participating in various outdoor activities such as skiing, biking and hiking. Bill also finds relaxation on the golf course.
Although serious in business, Bill shares an endearing sense of humor and the same set of simple values with Barbara. With a strong work ethic instilled by their upbringing, they support each other’s goals and are truly partners in life.
